It is right around the corner!

The word for the week: Breakthrough

Breakthrough is defined as an important discovery or event that improves a situation or provides an answer to a problem.

Use it in a sentence: I am receiving my breakthrough in (fill in the blank).

For this to be your truth – you must not give up.

Most of us give up right before our breakthrough is about to happen. We get overwhelmed and discouraged and throw in the towel, believing that whatever we are hoping for isn’t going to happen. This is the enemy’s trap that we fall for more than we like to admit.

How can you receive your breakthrough? By taking these five action steps:

Step #1: Change your perspective. Sometimes the breakthrough comes when we change our minds. Our situation may not have changed, but it feels like it because our thinking about it has changed.

Step #2: Adjust your timing. Never forget that faith in Yahweh includes having faith in His timing. Think back over your life, has Yah ever been late?

Step #3: Turn your problems into prayers. Often we spend more time and energy talking about our issues and not enough time releasing them in prayer. What do you need to release today?

Step #4: Check your words. You cannot expect a breakthrough if you are continually speaking negatively about your situations. Your words should reflect the trust you have that the Most High is working on your behalf.

Step #5: Put your faith in action. While you may be waiting on Yah to move, He is waiting for you to take your leap of faith and do the very thing that you don’t want to do.

When we take these five action steps, we will discover that breakthroughs happen all of the time. The God that we serve has given us everything we need to live victorious in this world – no matter what situations come our way.

What can you start doing differently to receive your breakthrough? The songwriter was right on point when he said, reach up and grab your blessing – it is right there within your reach.

Be blessed!
