What is your assignment for this season in your life? Many of us go throughout our days without ever asking ourselves this question. You are alive today because your life has a purpose, and it has meaning regardless of what your situation looks like today. And as a daughter of the Most High, your life fits within His intentions for all of creation.
Yahweh’s purpose is two-fold.
- Yah’s universal purpose intended for all of creation, which is to give Him honor and glory no matter what situations we are dealing with at any given moment. His universal purpose never changes, and it will continue through eternity.
- Yah’s unique purpose for your life that only you can fulfill. It connects directly to your natural gifting and talents. It is related to your personal experiences, everything that you label good, and yes, those instances that you consider heartbreaking and painful. Yahweh uses it all to position you to fulfill your assignment for this season of your life.
Understand that your assignment evolves as you grow through the different seasons of life. When you align your heart with Yah’s Word and yield to His Holy Spirit, your desires start to change. When that happens, you must not disregard but lean into those desires because Yah is leading you. Often we ignore these promptings because it requires us to move into unknown territory outside of our comfort zone.
This is precisely where He wants you to be to take you to a level of faith that you have never experienced to fulfill His purposes for you.
Now, Satan wishes for you to ignore this message so that he can keep you distracted. On the other hand, Yah’s Holy Spirit is tugging at you to stop with the busyness for a moment and answer the question, what is your assignment for this season in your life?
